7 News reported the following, “Police arrested a man still wearing a gas mask next to a white car in the parking lot behind the theater. 7NEWS has confirmed that the suspect is 24-year-old James Holmes a PhD student who was in the process of withdrawing from CU-Denver’s graduate program in neurosciences.”
